I am psychologically suffering from the social political chaos,

with no optimisitic hopeful news expected in the near future.

These days i am reading a historical story about Siberian expedition

titled "East of the Sun".This morning a few sentences below in a page attracted my eyes:

all tundra nomads recognized that sickness and infirmity were

incompatible with wandering life, and regularly put their old and debilitated

to death- the latter meeting their end with"perfect composure"
