                    Preface

Two years ago Moon, as an essayist living in Korea, wrote a book in English

and had it published in USA, the title of which was Flamenco Journey,

for a purpose: to earn some pocket money to win my 3 grandchildren's interest

in him. one, a preschool boy living in LA,  wants to have a toy helicopter,

the others living in Seoul, a school girl and a school boy, would say to him.

'I love you, grandfather', whenever he gave some money to them 

as presents. He loves to hear them say," I love you grandfather.

Once more I wrote another book in English  for another purpose:

to give an educational stimulation to Jaden, one of my grandson,

4 years old, living in LA. I had sent emails to the little boy

( he disliked to be called baby) unable to read and write,

thinking that my emails sent to him could helped him to learn Alphabet 

by stimulating not only his curiosity, but also his self -respect,

In order to send my emails to my little boy,

I needed to practice writing in English.

As an unexpected result of my continuous practice,

I came to get my another Book in English published.

Anyway,below is one example of the emails sent to him:

Hi, Jaden;

How are you ?
How is your condition, today?

This is your grandfather,
getting worried about your injured arm.

Your Grandmother said that
because of the bandaged arm ,
you became the center of interest  at the preschool yesterday.
Grandmother said that
your friends got much interested in your bandaged arm.
Is that true?

Grandfather is thinking of Jaden, your mother and father,
And also Dongshig, the dog in your house.
Does the dog  like to play with you, Jaden?
Your grandfather was happy last spring
to play with Jaden and Dongshig in the garden of your house.

These days, do you like to read books
together with your mother and father ?
What is the name of the book you like very much?

Grandfather wants to share emails with you,Jaden
and also hope that Jaden will email to grandfather someday
